Bookings & Deposits

All appointments are booked online.

A $50 deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via:

or bank transfer

Please use your name as the payment reference.

Payment Options

We accept:

  • PayID

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

The remaining balance (if applicable) is payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes.

​

  • Less than 48 hours → deposit is forfeited

  • No show → full treatment fee is required before rebooking

​

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. Full fee still applies.

Waiting Area

Please come in and take a seat.
We will be with you at your scheduled appointment time.

​

Packages

Lymphatic drainage works best as a series of treatments, not a one-off.

Packages are available and are non-refundable.

Health & Medical Conditions

Please advise prior to your appointment if you have:

  • recent surgery

  • illness or infection

  • pregnancy

  • medical conditions

​

Some conditions may require medical clearance before treatment.

​

Contraindications & Safety

Lymphatic drainage may not be suitable for certain conditions, including:

  • acute infection or inflammation

  • blood clots or thrombosis

  • uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • severe heart conditions

  • certain respiratory conditions

​

Scar tissue treatment may be modified or declined depending on the stage of healing.

​

Lymphatic Drainage Disclaimer

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system.

Results vary depending on:

  • hydration

  • movement after treatment

  • overall health

  • consistency of sessions

Clients are encouraged to:

  • stay well hydrated

  • move gently after treatment

  • avoid intense exercise immediately after

​

Results are not guaranteed, and client participation plays a role in outcomes.

​

Post-Operative Clients

If you are booking for post-surgical lymphatic drainage, you must have clearance from your surgeon.

Lymph & Glow supports your recovery but does not replace medical advice or treatment.

Scar therapy is only performed on fully healed scars.


Treatment will not be carried out on open wounds, unhealed incisions, or where infection is present.

Medical clearance may be required prior to treatment.

Scar Therapy (Scar Tissue Massage)

Scar therapy is a gentle treatment designed to support the healing and mobility of scar tissue.

Treatment Requirements

  • Only performed on fully healed skin

  • Not performed on open wounds, unhealed incisions, or infected areas

​

Medical Clearance

  • May be required for post-surgical scars

​

Treatment Response
Results vary depending on:

  • age and condition of the scar

  • individual healing

  • consistency of treatments

Multiple sessions may be required for best results.

​

Client Responsibility
Clients must:

  • follow aftercare advice

  • advise of any changes to the scar or health

  • ensure the area is fully healed prior to treatment

Safety
Treatment may be modified or declined if it is not considered safe or appropriate.

Spray Tanning Disclaimer

Spray tanning results may vary depending on:

  • skin type

  • preparation of the skin

  • products used before or after treatment

  • hormones or medications

Clients must follow all pre and post care instructions.

Lymph & Glow is not responsible for results affected by improper preparation or aftercare.

Many clients feel lighter, less puffy, and more relaxed.

Professional Boundaries

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, clients are asked to attend appointments alone where possible.

Refusal of Service

Lymph & Glow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interest of the client’s health.
